SODA & ICE CREAM PARLOR

Step into our nostalgic soda and ice cream parlor and treat yourself to the largest ice cream selection in town, proudly serving locally loved Wilcoxson’s Ice Cream, perfected for over 60 years. Visitors can wander through the wings of Eagle’s Store and enjoy ice cream at the original 1910 soda fountain, one of only three remaining original soda fountains of its kind in the country. The counter, chairs, brickwork, and fixtures all date back to 1910, offering a rare and immersive glimpse into early Americana.

The store was built in three sections around the older buildings so business could continue during peak tourist season. The east wing, completed last, became home to the iconic 1910 soda fountain and remains a focal point of the store today. From classic scoops and sundaes to hot drinks and custom soda flavors, every visit blends timeless tradition with small-town charm, with Mom Eagle’s original chocolate sauce recipe still used today.
